Ill be buying 265/35 and 285/35 respectively and dont want to roll fenders on a 1.5-2.0" drop and -0.5F/0.0R camber.

You might rub on the inner side of the fender liners in the front a little bit at close to full lock and hard turns. I have 19x9.5+43 with 265/30/19 which is pretty close to your setup and it rubs inside (as well as the fender itself
). Depends how low you are as well.
