I don't recall the post, but maybe you're referring to a post about a Stage 3 we've talked about that would have internals for lower compression, more boost (and maybe headers).
Regardless, we don't have enough data points to make a strong statement, but anecdotally we saw a minor increase when we switched from the OEM exhaust manifold to a Cosworth header; around 10 whp.
