I have no idea what the plant's rate is but most of the plants I deal with have a production rate of 500 to 700 vehicles a
shift. Doubt there are enough PPs in the queue to push a normal one out for that long. Subaru has always made a big deal about a 4 to 6 week delivery on an ordered (regular production) car so this is very abnormal for them.
