You can get the STi under-spoiler for any year BRZ. It is in the Subaru parts catalog for the car. The 2017 car has a unique lip that is different than the previous MY cars.
I'm sure if you wanted to the dealer could install it for a new car purchase, not sure if the new performance pack BRZ has it or not?
