We don't know what is the IAM value on a stock (untuned) car. Someone mentioned once that whenever you turn on the engine, the IAM is starting with a 0.7 value. A tuned car will start with a 1.0 value. Maybe this explains some differences: 7-10ish hp lower for the stock car.
This is the reason I have a preference on aftermarket parts from respectable sources/manufacturers. It is very easy to be cheated by someone and dynos doesn't tell always the truth. At least the chances to be cheated are smaller ...
