Without spending dyno time on each different header setup it wuld be difficult to get something optimum.

You can try the stage 2 catless uel maps on your jdl hi flow cat header, just check for knock, if your not getting significant knock say nothing over -1 occasionally and the IAM is solid at one then you will be fine.

the only difference between the 93 and 91 tunes is 1.5 degrees of ignition timing over about 5000 rpm so try the 91 version first then if ok and your running 93 or better give the 93 version a go.
