The meaty tire thread is a good place to start and will answer most of your questions. In the rear, you're going to rub on the bumper tab. It's up to you if you want to trim that off.

Get off the OEM alignment settings. They suck. More camber will push the bottom of the tire out, which will bring the top of the tire in. Plus, it'll handle better.
