Right now I have 17 days of use-or-lose leave that I need to burn off, which is a lot more difficult than it would seem. I'm in charge of a two person section that has a constantly busy workload and performs a critical need for my organization, and I earn 2.5 days a month. So I keep building more and more leave that I don't have time to take.
Oh, and in a few months I won't be able to take any for six months, so that's 15 more days of leave earned that I need to take.
