95% assembled in Japan maybe. All the stuff that requires sewing stitching is probably done by some poor kid in China. That is, almost all of the interior of the car produced by China put into the car by Japan. All the metal is most likely outsourced from other nations where they have abundance and cheap labour to extract. Japan is not about to use their own valuable resources for production to mass produce for the world.
Bottom line, the cars that come out of Japan are intrinsically about as Japanese as a mixed race dude born America who went to school in Japan. This isn't isolate to Japanese automobiles; almost everything in the world built from parts comes from different parts of the world.
