Definitly talk to works and your tuner.
the P0420 cel code is an insignificant issue
changing to a catless or high flow cat header with turbo will effect how the turbo spools/makes boost, this may significantly effect the tune required.
It may make boost a lot quicker and the original tune may not suit resulting in significant knock or other issues.
