I think I got better MPG's after the mod... sometimes.. depending on the weather.
To be fair, having driven my car with and without a front strut bar. I can say there there is a difference felt driving at the limit. I'm sure these strut bar/damper things will have some effect in the feel just as a solid bar has an effect. Probably somewhere between not running any bars vs just the stock bars.
