The idle RPM oscilation is because of the Edelbrock intake design, I had the same issue, and my car actually stalled when I had the AC on and it was hot outside this past summer.
In any case, the problem was solved by about 99% with the NEW version of the Delicious Tune update tune.

So I strongly advice you contact DT for a tune from them. Bill know what he is doing.

There was also a small problem with the blip rpm at 4-5k rpm, and he kinked it out as well.

A third problem was when taking off, sometimes it would be a bit of a rough take off with a hesitate as soon as you pressed the gas. He fixed that too.

I've been driving with the edelbrock since May, with these issues, then the Delicious tuning update tune came out around June/July, and since then it's been like driving the car with stock reliability, but with power that makes mustang and gti owners cry and wonder why they wasted their money in their cars instead of a brz, haha. :-)
