At long last, installed RSR Superdowns, Enkei RPF1s wrapped in Conti Extreme Contact DWs, SPC Rear LCAs and SPC camber bolts. Also did some boost and exhaust leak testing for good measure, everything went okay except for my alignment.

Before and After with old wheels from prior owner and stock suspension in the rear. No clue what the guy that had the before me was thinking.

So this is my before and after. My appointment was at 5:30 with the shop closing at 6. The guy made it very obvious that he was not happy about my car having to go on the rack and didn't hide it. Come to find out he did my alignment with my old wheels and tires in the back of the car. This guy must have had no clue what he was doing, my eyeball alignment was better with the exception of front toe. I am going to demand that they re-do my car, to me this is unacceptable. From what I have been told by countless people with firsthand experience, I should be able to be at -1.5ish Camber F/-2.5 Camber R with 0 Toe F & R.

The car is super darty with the rear toe out and the turn in is ridiculously quick, not in a good way. On a brighter note, I am ecstatic with the new Conti ECDW's...my old Nitto NeoGens were getting lit up all of the time and I could not put any power down in first gear and if it were cold enough I could not hook up in 2nd either. They are extremely quiet and have a very refined nature. I haven't done much cornering or hard driving yet but I am enjoying the surprisingly compliant feel of the RSR springs. I was worried that they would be jarring and bumpy feeling but they are well matched to the stock dampers and I say with complete confidence that the car is considerably more comfortable than it was before this Saturday. In other news, my tuner turned the boost down a little because I was maxing out my MAP sensor and also hit 90% PI duty cycle in a 3rd gear log. No longer breaking up and running smooth. I really want to pick up a new MAP sensor to get that extra bit of kick back...but my sensible side is telling me to wait until I'm ready to jump to flex-fuel to do so being that I'm taxing the factory fuel system.
