Just saw this thread and want to take a crack at it, for fun. Specifically:

On a more general level I want to guess this build is leaning more towards the N/A route based on (what I interpret as) hints toward raising the redline, and the fact that it's a "big surprise" as opposed to what's already out there (lots of boosted track builds).
