Toyota corporate just told me they have no record of the repairs being done, so they don't know what I expect a warranty extension for. Good thing I keep lots of records... sent them the invoices to see what they can do.

Welp, that was easy. Corporate called me back today and said I get a 7-year-or-100k-mile VSA Platinum warranty, effective now, for my hassle. $0 deductible even.
I'm feeling pretty good about it. The car is running as well as it did when I got it back, no new problems. It's at about 7k miles now so I might get that oil change done (even though it had one ~1k ago) to get the oil tested so I can see what's up in there.
