I drove a NC miata the other day and that thing had such short clutch travel and the pedal was off to the side, like where the dead pedal should have been (anyone know why that is?). That clutch felt amazing, which lead me to this thread.
I've been reading and debating about it, someone claims that this increases the life of the clutch spring or something like that, but more importantly are there long term negative concerns?? I'm aware the factory spec for clutch travel is 110 to 115 mm and idk if setting the clutch in line with the brake pedal falls within the spec
