The person clearly knew when the house would be empty and when the owner was expected to return.
In fact if the owner was out "partying with friends" suspect that someone WITH the owner was keeping tabs and was ready to notify the perps when the owner was due home.
Agreed. Most of these kinds of thefts are inside jobs. "Friends" doing you dirty.
