Except when you're at the track/autox, like the OP is doing, appropriate camber greatly increases available grip and tire life.

In my experience the car likes to be at -3 degrees or more.

A fixed camber plate may be a nice compromise since OP isn't going too hardcore, with camber bolts it should be close to enough, and won't break the bank.
