They have trialed them on one ship yes, They are not yet an operational weapon and are not supposed to be for another 5 years. We know that "5 years" in military time means they may have them operational in 10 or 12 and they will cost about 1,000 time what was budgeted. Other than as weapons guidance systems lasers are a long way from being part of the standard arsenal.

Oh and there is no such thing as a nuclear powered "boat".
