You need to read the context of what you're looking at better. Are the people that are suggesting a 14mm bolt talking about a lobed bolt (like the whiteline), or a solid one (like the factory crash bolts)?
Next time you have a question, re-read the information that's already in front of you. I'd be willing to bet that you already have everything you need to know in front of you, you just need to understand what you're reading.
