It all depends on where and how you drive. If you rally race on soviet roads, you can wear them down much much faster. It's a bit different for those that drive on Japan roads . It's a bit hard to actually start feeling when they are too worn, as it's gradual process and one can get used even to shocks that are noticeably underperforming compared to when they were new. But imho 90% chance that on normal "capitalist" roads with 35K miles you should be fine
