In Porsche world that's not that expensive! Wheels are like 3-4k a set, the PDK is >3k, the X51 package on the 911 is 11k, a lithium ion battery is 2k (you can get an equal sized one for ~700 if it's not Porsche branded), seats are 2k, etc.
If you want aftermarket carbon ceramic brakes, they actually run more than that IIRC.
The typical Cayman or Boxster sitting on a lot has 15+k of options added. The only options I actually want would be PCCB and PASM (cooled seats is a nice feature, but those electric adjustment seats are so heavy :/), and that adds up to less money than the average car on the dealer lot.
