Humor me. Take another clip doing exactly the same thing except this time, keep the clutch pedal mashed to the floor.
Also, while it's idling, release the clutch pedal and press it a couple times. I predict all will come clear and you will be relieved.
What we all hear are the disengaged gears being knocked around with each firing pulse of the engine. Given the high compression ratio, the flywheel is already about as light as reasonable for a street vehicle.
