My audio hobby got me into Massdrop, have bought several of the massdrop edition cans...the Massdrop x Fostex TH-X00 Purpleheart is my absolute favorite (have had a Denon AH-D2000 for nearly 8 years, so I know I love the Fostex bio-dyna driver architecture)....such a gorgeous headphone with rich and detailed sound... absolute bargain for the price and much better than the AH-D2000...

More into plastic kits than die-cast ones, have the Aoshima "GT Limited" kit (allows for LHD config) still in wrap along with a metal etched parts kit to use as a base to build a model of my FR-S some time in the future....

Right now on Amazon there are some AUTOart 1:18 FR-S available for $74 from a 100% seller from Japan, Diecast Models Wholesale....pretty good deal right there...

Massdrop is good for certain things, and certain items are only available through them as they work with the manufactures to produce things to their design specs since they can get a needed buy in ammount for one-off/limited run editions of product (like the Fostex TH-X00 series headphones). Generally though, for normal items, you can find equivalent or better deals on Amazon or other places...
