My 1st car was a 1966 1300cc VW beetle with Koni shocks/oversized front sway bar/camber compensator/porsche 912 clutch/EMPI headers/rejetted carb.It was a blast to autocross and at the drag strip ( 20.22seconds at a blistering 67mph)
2nd car was a 1969 Nova 2 door with all the bells and whistles---nice car but not for auto sports.
Since then it's been all family cars. Now in my dotage(retirement) I've decided to begin my 2nd childhood. I presently drive a 2007 Yaris 3 door,so a bumpy ride is natural to me.
