You switched an FR-S front bumper for a BRZ front bumper ...... now that is a switch .......
Maybe your FR-S is "rejecting" the foreign part ..... ??
Seriously, I have summoned our local expert @
Ultramaroon , on electrical things, for your assistance.
Meanwhile, I suggest you check all the appropriate fuses.
Next, check all wires that should be grounded.
Maybe you have a bad bulb .. ??
