Had a mobile car audio installer do mine. I had a set of JL audio 5.25" speakers installed into a custom bracket, which was really just a similar bracket to the OEM one only larger and cut from a sheet of aluminum.

Seeing as he had the bracket at hand prior, the install only took a few hours, but that included a lot of other work.

I did at one point watch him pull the seat and trim out to get at one of the rear speakers and it took him like under 3 min to get to it. Assuming the bits are good to go ie the new speaker is in its bracket and you're really just swapping the old one out for the new then perhaps 30min (for both) taking it slow?
