Check out Current Auto Performance in El Cajon. They're a master of the trade type of shop. I can't speak if they've messed with an 86 yet but these guys do full motor swaps, disc brake upgrades and so on. They've always been my best bet and affordable. Might be worth reaching out to them or at least I bet they have a reference for you. Tell them Michael with the '66 Mustang sent you.
