1. I can't give you an answer, without knowing what FI setup you're going to get in the future. The best answer i can give you, assuming you're going to just re-do the oil cooling, is Jackson Racing.

3. There is no "jack of all trades". That being said just get an entry level race pad. G-loc R10, Project Mu Club Racer, Winmax W5 type pads, and a good brake fluid.
