It's time to higher a lemon law attorney in FL. Consult should likely be free and they should give you an honest opinion if you have a case. Letting the dealer / Subaru drag it out with consultation could get funky if there is any sort of statute of limitations on the lemon law or time period for a filing window under that part of the law.
