Sounds like you are all good to go then on your exterior lighting situation then.

In some circumstances it is good to slow down a bit during a rain storm (especially when it is really dumping down) , but if it is light to moderate raining... and you have good tires ( I have Michelin hydroedge rain tires on my xA) , then posted speed limit can be maintained.. going that speed steady.

I live where it doesn't rain much , 30 miles from the coast , however mainly rains (Dec-March ... off/on). We got about a 1/4" a week ago.
