That is the day time running LED lights = increased safety depending upon time/ place. Are we all for , or against being more safe on the open roads with other drivers ? ... check them tires ...... at least out here in CA, lots of people run their tires thin, then rain hits ... and people are driving way-way slower , slipping and sliding
