2013 BRZ Limited that I purchased from the original owner. He wasn't an enthusiast, just someone who happened to own a BRZ for commuting. Bone stock, zero mods. I would also be considered an adult owner (by age). LOL

The PO had a long commute, Wilmington DE to Princeton NJ, 100+ miles a day. The vast majority of the miles are HW miles from that commute.

Carfax will show an accident. I was told by the PO that they hit a deer, I have a picture of the dented fender, LF. It was replaced with a Subaru (stamped) OE fender.

They took good mechanical condition of the car. The Carfax has 15 service records showing most of the oil changes over that time. But there are a few blemishes and issues from general DD and city use. I have pictures of some but not all. Anything listed was there when I bought the car.

Issues
-passenger side door scratches
-rear bump scratch
-front bumper, lower right curb scrape
-curb marks on all the rims, some worse than others
-windshield is cracked
-tree sap blemishes on the roof
-the front corner of the bumper will pop off under the headlight from time to time

Interior, decent condition. Mats could be replaced. The cheap thin vinyl shift and E-brake boots were tired and one was ripped, so I replaced with perforated leather good from Redline.

Tires are not really a brand name, were basically new when I got it. They are ok handling wise, not the best in the rain. I can get tread depth measurements. Last time I checked there were 6-7/32" all around.

Battery, rotors and pads (Centric ceramic) were all new last year. Air and cabin filters replaced.

Clutch is good with no issues, holds full throttle shifts with no signs of any slippage.

Reason for selling, life changes and such. My kids sort of fit in the back when I first got it, but the more we tried to use it in that manner the more they grew. I also changed jobs and work from home. I have another expensive project car that needs funds this winter. So this toy must go.

The car is still tight. No clunks, rattles or any other strange noises. I check my mileage for every tank. I get between 28-32 mpg all the time.
