No baffles. The fittings are at the lowest point in the cans. Drainback, if any, is immediate and intentional. Nothing builds up inside the cans. The cans are connected to the PCV, and crankcase vent fittings, and not recirculated to the intake in any way. There is only 1 fitting per can.
The check valve needs to be removed from the PCV fitting on the block. I can link an install video. It's part of the MAPerformance turbo install series.
The filters on top are crankcase breather filters.
Put simply, this converts the recirculated PCV system into an open crankcase breather system. Any blowby, water vapor, fuel, nastiness evaporates and vents to the atmosphere, any vaporized oil coalesces and drains back to the engine where it belongs. But with no vaccuum forcing airflow through the crankcase, the amount of oil that makes it that far should be very small.
