Well, they're keeping the car overnight because "the window regulator is broken" and they needed to order a replacement.

Last I heard, an hour ago, the car was being sent from bodywork to service to properly diagnose the regulator issue.

If the regulator really is busted, it's going to be about 200$ for the glass and 300$ for the regulator including labor. Canadian monopoly money of course.
