In short I cleaned the tails then wet sanded with 1000 grit. Applied 4 coats of VHT 15 mins apart of each other then after 4th coat I wet sanded with 1500 grit. 5 coats of Clear Coat then wet sanded with 2000 grit till smooth. Meguiars compound then polished. Still ended up with matte look. It looked glossy before I sanded the clear coat.
Should I just apply a couple more coats of clear and avoid wet sanding it this time?[/QUOTE]
