I feel they should teach done kind of nutrition for PE. Not: east fruits and veggies food pyramid bullshit but like counting macros and stuff. I think if they told you that this is how you get big/muscular or become not fat more people would listen. Counting macros and weighing/measuring your food is practically a necessity to be truly fit. But in school I was taught very little practical stuff other than balancing a check book. Not how to change a tire, not how to troubleshoot a blown breaker. But we did read the newspaper every day...
