Also I read the about the cam sprocket TSB. My car exhibits NONE of the other symptoms or codes. So I will go with the sensor first.

yes that the reason I referred you to the TSB section
see here while this tsb is for cam position censor cam shimming it does show you can sensor location, and if you note it does not mention P000B

however I would suggest you read the TSB below as well it does mention P000B , it looks like you have not seen this one . note it does suggest multiple causes for the problem and requires extensive diagnostics and replacement of expensive components such as oil control valves, camsproket/actuator and ECU , but none of them being the cam sensor itself.
