I bought a sensor from the dealer and hopefully this solves the issue. I'd imagine with the CEL being intermittent that it's a sensor issue, and not something mechanical.

Unfortunatly it might not be as easy as the sensor


it could be the cam sprocket/actuator or the cam oil control valve that causing the slow response to ecu commands. ie the sensor is ok


or a problem with the ecu itself
