Honestly the FT86 chassis is one that like a stiff front and soft rear to keep wheels on the ground. I myself like 8k front 6k rear in swift spring. for street/track use. larger front sway and stock rear bar. I run the shocks up around 12 clicks on the front, 5 in the rear for street use and full stiff in the front and 12-15 clicks in the rear for track use.
