I'm still a big fan of Honda green label MTF. It was designed for transmissions like ours that contain yellow metals. I used it exclusively in my old 400hp Hondas, and it's the OEM spec'd fluid for the S2000. It's not too expensive, I'd just change it with every other oil change and it kept the tranny shifting super smooth.
