Fuel pump in the '17 MY was first used in the later '16s. There are already some conflicting reports, but you never know. I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
It took about 2000 miles before I first noticed crickets in my car. Now, 28,000 miles later, either I've tuned them out or never notice. Easily fixed by turning up the radio, and I consider the aversion to fast food drive thrus a health benefit.
