It's like grabbing the concierge at a Toyota Dealer,the person they pay to pick up phones and then expecting them to give a full Engineering style explanation of say the Prius Prime Drive train system. I'm sure some people can give good information, but few can. Many will prolly stumble in front of the camera, it's not easy!

That Toyota rep has been in more than one FR-S video, IIRC. The real complaint is with the "vent". They forgot to open the holes on mine.
