These TRD wheels are 17x7.5. If they say forged, I'm sure they are forged.

Also, you can't really compare OEM to aftermarket or cast to forged. My cast 17x8 PF01s are in the 16.5 range. They are sure as shit going to bend like a pringles can if I hit a big pot hole at speed, though. OEM wheels tend to be more bend resistant.
