I keep reminding myself to remove it but I forget once I get there and get involved in the night. The track is only a mile or two off the turnpike. It is behind the mirror so I don't see it when I'm driving.
As for tech, I haven't seen much checking here before you go out. It seems to occur after the fact when body parts are dragging or someone has dumped fluids on the track.
