Hi ya Tomo3101,
About the sound, although you stated that you wanted something "really loud and deadly", if you are going to use your car as a daily driver and/or on trips, you may wish to reevaluate "really loud and deadly" or you and your co-pilot may wind up doing the suffering.
I have the nameless axle back with 2.5" piping and the 5" mufflers and even though I'm half deaf, I personally wouldn't want the exhaust any louder. So, I figured the no muffler version would be just about right for you.
The next easiest step to louder, would be to remove the resonator in the mid-pipe. Any muffler shop can cut it out and weld in a straight piece of pipe. However, before you consider that I would suggest you first just change the axle back and drive it that way for a while ...... you may decide that's plenty loud.
As far as installing the nameless axle back, it's quite easy and straight forward. There are only 4 rubber hangars and two bolts/nuts. It's easier if you run the back of the car up on ramps, unscrew the nuts from the two bolts and wrestle the muffler off the hangars. The new one goes on just like the old one came off.
OR, you could use the "humfrz" method ....... which is take it up to your local auto or muffler shop, read a car magazine, have a cup of coffee, pay them about $35 and they will do it before you finish your cup of coffee......
