Cool story bro. At 56k miles, the only remaining warranty on the car is the powertrain warranty. If it's something like a bad O2 sensor (which could throw a CEL), then it would not be covered under warranty, and you would have to pay a diagnostic fee, or pay to have it replaced. I'm glad it turned out to be a warranted part in this case, though.
