Header coatings do not do much for temperature reduction (if anything at all). If you want to lower engine bay temperatures you are going to want to wrap them with header wrap. Pros are reduced engine bay temps and increased exhaust velocity due to higher temps inside them, Cons are reduced header lifespan and possible safety issue if oil ever spills on the wrap and the wrap isn't replaced.
