LOok and find out where you rub, it is probably the rear bumper tab, and unlikely the fender. Look at the size/shape of the rubbing on the bumper tab and see if that extra 3mm of clearance is enough. 255/40-18 is a bad size tire that is way too tall, that is mustang size. 245/35 or 255/35 is a much better choice.
Rear you should be good if you add camber, are you adding -1.5 or -1.5 total? you should be good either way.
Front you should be ok too, but it will be about ~10mm(or less) from rubbing the strut. It also depends on the tire width also. If anything 3-5mm spacer would give more clearance. I would tell you to mount them and then stick your phone under and take a pic to see how close you are before adding camber.

Yep the sizes are correct, I'm going to be switching to a squared setup so I can rotate my tires again. I was just wondering if the size tire would be fine in the meantime I can get new tires on them. I would be adding -1.5 camber to eliminate the poke a bit.
