Want a heavier feel, add wider wheels and tires. Going from my summer set 17x9, 245 to my winter set stock wheels with 215s and a different compound is night and day difference.
The tire friction makes can make a huge difference in the feel of the steering. Try driving on some loose gravel and it will feel extremely light.
